    Welcome to Keitaan Keskiviikkojamit at Kulttuuritila Vanha 123 in Porvoo! Organized monthly by Kulttuurilaiva in collaboration with Keidas Café, this open jam and open stage night offers a low-threshold space for jam sessions, original texts, and spontaneous performances.

    A skilled house band (Daniel Iiskola, Danne Österlund, Kuutti Kylätasku, Vilho Talvela) is on hand to accompany and back up performers on the fly!

    What to expect:
    🎷 Open Stage & Jam Session: Low-threshold open stage for bands, soloists, and jam sessions
    🎸 House Band: Skilled local musicians ready to accompany guest performers on the spot
    ☕ Refreshments: Wide selection of drinks and cafe treats available at Keidas Café
    ✨ Entry: Monthly Wednesday jam session with free admission for all

    Bring your instrument or texts, step on stage with the house band, or just enjoy the relaxed atmosphere!

    Literary & cultural association Särö invites everyone interested in poetry, spoken word, rap, and storytelling to join Särö Open Mic at Aatos Café. The evening welcomes all languages and styles — you can read, perform, or simply enjoy the show.

    🎤 Performers have up to five minutes on stage; you may also combine words with music or visuals. To book a slot in advance, email harri.hertell@gmail.com with the subject “SÄRÖ OPEN MIC”. A limited number of open spots will also be available on-site.

    📚 The venue’s bookshop is open from 12:00, and the café serves drinks and snacks throughout the evening.

    Everyone is warmly welcome to an inspiring night of live literature and spoken word in Porvoo.
